Calum began his legal career as a paralegal at a high-street firm in Merseyside before graduating to work in the matrimonial finance team at a specialist family law firm in London.
Calum has since developed a broad and busy practice covering all areas of family law, focussing on financial remedy work, with a particular interest in issues involving non-matrimonial property. Calum also accepts instructions in applications brought under TLATA and the Family Law Act 1996 and has extensive experience in private children disputes.
Calum satisfies his academic interest in financial remedy law by delivering lectures to firms of solicitors across the city and writing articles published in the Financial Remedies Journal.
Living in South East London, Calum volunteers at the East Greenwich Legal Advice Clinic, providing free advice and support to those unable to afford legal representation.
Away from work, Calum spends his weekends recovering from the perils of being a supporter of Everton FC.
